Our coffee is roasted by Paris 2011 best roaster award winner, « Cafe Coutume ». The slow roast, much cooler, gives each coffee grain the perfect balance and flavor.
Our espresso is a medium roast Arabica generally from South America (Brasil, Guatemala, Colombia…). The fruity acidity of African roast (Kenya, Burundi…) makes it perfect for our filter extraction.
